1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all guided self-awareness and personal development programs, workshops, and retreats offered by the Service Provider.

Additional terms specific to individual events may apply. In case of any differences, the terms of the specific program take precedence.

2. Nature of the Programs

The programs are designed as guided self-awareness and personal development experiences.

They do not constitute medical care, psychotherapy, treatment, or formal sports training.

Participation is voluntary and based on the participant’s own decision.

The Service Provider facilitates the process with professional care; however, individual experiences or specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

3. Registration and Agreement

The agreement between the participant and the Service Provider is established upon confirmation of registration and payment of the program fee.

The program fee covers participation in the guided process.

Accommodation, catering, and other related services may be arranged separately and may be subject to independent agreements.

4. Health, Responsibility and Safety

Participants are required to provide accurate information in the health and liability statement.

By participating, each individual acknowledges responsibility for their own physical and mental condition and agrees to take part in the program with appropriate self-awareness.

The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation if a participant’s condition or behaviour presents a risk to themselves or others.

Such decisions are made with the safety of the individual and the group in mind and do not constitute a breach of contract.

The program does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. Participation and Conduct

Participants are expected to follow the guidance provided during the program and to respect the safety and integrity of the group.

Any behaviour that disrupts the group process or compromises safety may result in termination of participation.

6. Program Adjustments

The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust the structure or content of the program when necessary due to safety considerations, weather conditions, or group dynamics.

Such adjustments are considered part of responsible facilitation and do not constitute a breach of contract.

7. Events Beyond Control

The Service Provider is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural events, governmental restrictions, or health-related situations.

In such cases, an alternative date or solution may be offered.

8. Liability

Participants take part in all activities at their own discretion and responsibility.

The Service Provider is not responsible for personal belongings brought to the program.

9. Intellectual Property

All program structures, methods, and materials are the intellectual property of the Service Provider.

Recording, reproducing, or distributing any part of the program is only permitted with prior written consent.

10. Complaints

Participants may submit complaints in writing via email.

The Service Provider will respond within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek to resolve the matter through mutual agreement.
If no resolution is reached, the competent Hungarian court shall have jurisdiction.
