Participation Terms
This document outlines the terms and conditions for participation in professional programs led by Adél Gyepes.
These terms apply exclusively to the professional program.
1. Scope of the Service
Participants take part in a guided, body-focused self-awareness process (hereinafter: the “program”) led by Adél Gyepes.
The organiser provides professional facilitation of the program.
The program does not constitute medical care, therapy, or any form of clinical treatment.
2. Registration and Payment
Registration and payment for the program are completed through the official Wim Hof Method platform.
The program fee covers participation in the professional program only.
Payment is processed between the participant and the Wim Hof Method platform.
All invoicing and payment-related administration are handled by the payment provider.
3. Venue and On-Site Stay
The program takes place at an external venue.
Accommodation, catering, and on-site services are not provided by the organiser.
These are arranged directly between the participant and the venue provider.
Any contribution related to the use of the venue is payable directly to the venue and is subject to its own terms and conditions.
The organiser does not provide accommodation, hospitality, or travel services.
4. Separation of Services
The participant acknowledges that:
– the professional program and the on-site stay are separate services
– the organiser is not responsible for the operation of the venue
– the venue is not responsible for the delivery of the professional program
5. Changes and Transfer of Participation
Upon registration, a place in the group is reserved for the participant.
Program fees are non-refundable.
Participation may be transferred to another person.
In such cases, these Terms apply to the new participant without modification.
In exceptional life situations, participation may be rescheduled to a later date upon individual agreement with the organiser, provided that no unrecoverable costs remain associated with the reserved place.
Any fees related to the venue are subject to the venue’s own terms and are not managed by the organiser.
6. Program Adjustments
The organiser reserves the right to adjust the structure or content of the program when necessary due to safety considerations, weather conditions, or group dynamics.
7. Termination of Participation
The organiser may discontinue a participant’s involvement in the program if their condition or behaviour makes safe participation no longer possible.
In such cases, the program fee is non-refundable.
8. Cancellation by the Organiser
If the program cannot be delivered due to reasons within the organiser’s control, the participant may choose between a rescheduled date or a refund of the program fee.
9. Conditions of Participation
Participation requires completion of a health and liability statement.
Participants take part in the program at their own responsibility.
10. Liability
The organiser is responsible for the professional facilitation of the program.
The organiser is not responsible for venue-related services, travel, personal belongings, or any additional services used at the location.
11. Documentation and Recordings
Photo and audio recordings may be made during the program and used for marketing and promotional purposes.
If a participant submits a written request prior to the program, individual recordings of that participant will not be used.
Group recordings may still be used.
12. Communication
Official communication between the parties takes place via email.
13. Agreement
By registering, the participant confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
