1. Purpose of Data Processing

Personal data is processed to ensure participation in the programs, identify participants, maintain communication, and support the safe and smooth organisation and delivery of workshops, retreats, and related activities.

 

2. Types of Data Collected

Depending on registration and participation, the following data may be processed:

– name
– email address
– phone number
– information shared during communication
– data provided in health and liability statements
– organisational details related to participation

 

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data is processed on the following legal bases:

– performance of a contract (participation in the program)
– legitimate interest of the Data Controller to ensure the safe delivery of the programs
– consent of the participant for the use of photo and audio recordings

Health-related information is processed only to the extent necessary to support the safe delivery of the program.

 

4. Data Sharing

Personal data may be shared in the following cases:

– with operators of international platforms used for registration and administration
– with authorities where required by law

The venue provider receives participant data directly from the participant.
The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to the venue.

 

5. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for up to 5 years following the completion of the program, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

 

6. Photo and Audio Recording

During the programs, photo and audio recordings may be taken and used for marketing and promotional purposes.

Upon prior written request, individual recordings of a participant will not be used.
Group recordings may still be used.

 

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

– request access to your personal data
– request correction of your data
– request deletion of your data
– request restriction of processing
– object to data processing

Requests can be submitted via email.
The Data Controller will respond within 30 days.

 

8. Complaints and Legal Remedies

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), or to seek legal remedy before a competent court.
